A practice that still closes books

Logicauditline is not a media brand that discovered finance. It is a small Bangkok studio that kept teaching after too many subscription packs failed a quiet reconciliation.

Mission

We exist so recurring-revenue companies can speak about growth without inventing a second set of numbers. Subscription revenue analytics should be readable by a controller, challengeable by an auditor, and still useful to the person who sets price. That triangle is harder than a dashboard template. It is also the only triangle we care about.

Thailand is not a backdrop. The office sits in Chatuchak. Several case companies bill from Bangkok into Singapore, Manila, and Sydney. Time zones, withholding, and multi-entity recognition show up in class because they show up in the city.

Pedagogy

Each module begins with a messy export, not a polished model. Participants reconstruct recognition, write the limitation in plain language, then compare their result with a visiting controller’s close notes. Lectures exist, but they never outrun the workbook.

We refuse timed “urgency” in the classroom. Cohorts move at the speed of a real month-end: slower than marketing would like, faster than a textbook.

Portrait of Nalinee Prasert

Nalinee Prasert

Lead instructor · former controller, regional SaaS

Nalinee designed the flagship after three years of rebuilding MRR for companies that had outgrown their billing tool. She still reviews two external closes each quarter so the syllabus cannot drift into theory.

Portrait of Arthit Somsri

Arthit Somsri

Visiting practitioner · IFRS 15 specialist

Arthit joins the deferred-revenue studio with workpapers from multi-element contracts. He is deliberately less interested in growth narratives than in whether a performance obligation was actually delivered.

Community and the student journey

Cohorts stay small on purpose. Alumni return for Controller Circle hours, not for an infinite chat room. A typical journey runs Desk Note (self-paced primer) → Recurring Desk (twelve-week flagship) → optional atelier work on a live pack. Some participants stop after the primer; that is a complete outcome, not a funnel leak.

We do not promise job placement. We do promise that your workbook will name its blind spots. If that sounds austere, it is. Recurring revenue is already loud enough.
