Refund policy

This policy applies to Desk Note, Recurring Desk, and Controller Circle once an invoice has been paid. It does not create a checkout on this website. Consumer protections under Thai law that cannot be waived still apply.

Eligibility

A refund request must come from the person or entity named on the invoice, in writing, to info@logicauditline.digital. Seats purchased as a gift may be refunded only with confirmation from both payer and intended participant, unless the seat was never activated.

Timeframe

Desk Note: full refund if requested within 14 days of access being granted and if fewer than two recorded walkthroughs have been opened. Recurring Desk: full refund if requested at least 10 full days before the cohort start date. Controller Circle: full refund if requested at least 15 full days before the atelier start date. After those windows, only the partial rules below apply.

Full or partial refund

After Recurring Desk begins, a participant who withdraws before the end of week three may receive 40% of the fee back, less any bank charges. Withdrawal after week three is not refundable, though we may, at our discretion, offer a seat in a later cohort without extra fee. Controller Circle is not partially refundable once the first working session has occurred, because instructor time is reserved against live papers. Desk Note after the 14-day / two-walkthrough threshold is not refundable.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer fees, currency conversion, travel, printed materials you requested beyond the standard digital workbook, and private one-to-one hours booked outside a programme are non-refundable. Group invoices that already received a written discount are refunded on the discounted amount, not the public informational price.

Refund process

Email the invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days of approval. We may ask you to return or delete cohort recordings before releasing funds.

Processing time and method

Refunds travel by the original payment method where the bank allows it. If that rail is closed, we will use a Thai baht transfer to an account you nominate. You are responsible for intermediary bank fees on the return path. We do not refund in cryptocurrency.

Cancellation by Logicauditline

If we cancel a cohort or atelier, you receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a transfer to the next available date. If an instructor is replaced but the syllabus and hours remain, that is not a cancellation.

Exceptions

We may grant a compassionate exception (serious illness, bereavement, or a documented force majeure affecting travel to an in-person Circle session in Bangkok) outside the published windows. Exceptions are written, case by case, and do not set a precedent. Chargebacks opened without first writing to us may pause alumni access until the dispute is resolved.
