Bangkok · Recurring revenue practice

The ledger behind recurring revenue rarely matches the dashboard.

Logicauditline trains controllers, FP&A leads, and founders to rebuild subscription revenue analytics from invoices, deferrals, and cohort truth — not from a chart that was exported in a hurry.

Finance professional reviewing plans at a wooden desk

Twelve weeks of cohort work on invoice-to-MRR mapping, deferred revenue under IFRS 15, logo versus revenue churn, and expansion that does not quietly double-count. Participants leave with a workbook their auditor can follow, not a slide that only the growth team loves.

Informational fee: THB 46,200 per seat. No checkout on this site — enrolment is arranged after a short desk call.

What operators actually said

I came for a cleaner churn chart and spent the second week arguing with our billing export. Annoying. Also the first time our board pack stopped mixing booked MRR with cash collected in the same column.

★★★★☆ 4.1

The IFRS 15 studio is slower than a product analytics bootcamp. If you want vanity funnels, look elsewhere. If you need deferred revenue that survives quarter-end, the pacing is the point.

What the desk actually teaches

Four habits that keep recurring numbers honest

Start from the invoice, not the chart

Subscription revenue analytics fails when the first artifact is a dashboard. We rebuild recognition from contract, amendment, and credit note so the chart is a consequence.

Separate motion from measurement

Expansion, reactivation, and price changes look like growth until they are timed against performance obligations. We teach the calendar, not just the formula.

Name the limitation in the room

Every model we use states what it cannot see: unpaid invoices, partner-billed seats, or usage that lands after the close. Silence is not conservatism.

Write for the next closer

Workpapers are designed so a colleague in Chiang Mai or a visiting auditor can retrace the path without a private Slack thread.

Practice in Thailand

A small studio, not a content mill

Logicauditline grew from closing work for subscription businesses that sell across ASEAN time zones. The Bangkok desk still reviews live packs between cohorts. We mention Thailand because the office, the instructors, and a large share of case companies sit here — not as decoration.

If you only need a prettier MRR tile, this studio will feel overly careful. If your numbers have to survive a controller, an auditor, and a sceptical board, the caution is the curriculum.
